Oatmeal cookies? I have only tried to make such ones and it ended in disaster. LOL! Naah, I´m going for chocolate-chip cookies. Mmmm chocolate. BUT, since I really would like to see the sun for awhile perhaps it is better if I stop making cookies. Or would that be rude to our hostess?

Cloudy, Vancouver Island is beautiful. I have only been there twice though, it is rather far away from here. If you wuold like something a bit closer, Newfoundland is also very beautiful (do NOT go there during the winter ).

I finally got a day off so that I could check out my dead car and 'lo it doth be dead. I have finally determined that I have a short. The only problem is that I can't find where the short is located. Where is Sir Krustin or our other auto mechanics when you need them?

Willow, you sound like Galadria. She says that Toll House Cookies are the only cookies worth wasting calories on, or carb grams in her case. Antryg, sorry to hear about your car.

Did someone mention chocolate chip cookies? "Mmmm chocolate..." is right.

One can never slip chocolate by me without me noticing.

We also had a "feast" in Social Studies today since we just got done with the middle ages. Twas great. We had the finest wine(grape juice) in all the land and Ale(apple juice) fit for a king. G'day GokuZool

How is life treating you? I'm resting at home after a few 12 hour nightshifts. But we are thinking of taking the kids to the beach tomorrow.

Do you live near the beach or are you in the 'burbs like me?
