this seemed alittle to off topic for the BG2 forum.
I twisted my damned ankle on the stairs last night at work and fell. now i'm stuck with some stupid crutches and an air cast.
it hurts like crazy too

Sorry to hear that mate. Try this balm called Arnica, it's great for reducing swelling and minimising tissue damage. Even when the air cast comes off keep the ankle strapped to prevent inversion. Hope you feel better soon!

yeah i can still work. i do technicall support over the phone. and its only a sprain and my insurance paid the doctor bill so i probably wont claim workmans comp. dr. just said it was a reall bad sprain. it looked like i had a baseball in my ankle
