ok Ill make this quick. The way to get over mountains is to get some goblins to chase you, face the mountain. then do nothing let them keep hitting you.

hit potion several times ( im not sure what happens if you die) eventually you will get over the mountains to another area. its bugged looking and what not but its not forest and it has different gates to the city.

the easiest place to try this is right next to the fargrove sewer entrance. just go into the corner with the wall and the mountain and you will quickly get pushed up the wall.

Its actually a quick process.

Ive heard of several other areas and monsters and even new gear. there seem to be several different areas, and atually if you go to the area im describing you will have to surf over other mountains to get to somewhere more interesting because its just a blank area there. But there are two more gates to get over the same way.

There are no monster spawns in the area so if goblins didnt follow you over you will have to summon rats.

Will be interesting to find out what unexpected places we're going to be able to explore in the full game!
