I am glad they are willing to work on this issue with you Ziroc, I suppose they want to keep any business they can and are willing to do what it takes, that is usually a sign of a good company

Well, the comments and ratings were made at CNET, not at the web host's site, so it will probably be some time before they notice. I do not regret posting my rating, since one should not have to wait for such services. However, I am glad that they have been willing to work with Ziroc to come up with a solution. I can only hope that they continue to provide a much higher quality of service than they have done in the past.

Yah...except for about an hour ago when I couldn't get through for hook or crook due to "server timeout errors."
