I am an arcehr too. I have thehouse. When or where does the dryad approach.
Also, was I supposed to find Mazzy in the temple ruins?

Start either the Valygar quest, or the Umar witch quest and then head to the Umar Hills. Complete the Shade Lord quest and you'll get control of the cabin in the area. You can get kicked out of your stronghold, if you buy the kids beer or swords! If you ever miss doing one of the quests, your cabin will be boarded up...

Quest 1: When returning to the Umar Hills, a dryad approaches you and asks you to help her with a little problem - some men are causing hell in the woods around the Temple Ruins. Head over there. Talk to the noble (he is in the south, along the bottom) and tell him that you'll help him find the Mithril. Return to the Shade Lord Dungeon and search Mazzy's cell to find the other half of the note. Return to the outer world and head to the bottom right corner. Search the rock there to find the Mithril. Bring it to noble, return to your cabin and talk to the Dryad to finish the quest.

Quest 2: A few days later you are asked to help with an orc problem. You have three days to comply. Return to the Umar Hills and talk to the mayor. Head to the cave where the Mimic's Blood was found and kill the orcs and other things that are standing outside it. Then talk to Madulf and the kid inside. Minister Lloyd will reward you.

Quest 3: Five days later you'll be asked to return to the Umar Hills. Return there and talk to Minister Lloyd. You'll be asked to kill the 'Umar' Witch. Head to the Shade Dungeon and kill the Glabrezu (near Mazzy's cell). The Umar Witch waits for you at the crystal where you got your first Sun Gem. Kill her and talk to the Dryad outside of the dungeon to get your reward.

The cabin looks small, but I've seen passageways. No matter how hard yoshimo tries, he cannot locate a secret door. Is there a hidden extention to the cabin or what?

like willard said, what is so good about the cabin, is there anything cool about it. like if yor a fighter you get a big meaty keep, and you get tax money.
what does the cabin do?

Is Mazzy's Cell next to the room with the Staatue of Amauntor? I Can't open or pick them. What is needed?

Remember one of the Shadows spoke with you around there? He drops a key to the cell.

Uggh. I hate wanderinga round looking forsomething to highlight in blue. It is probably "below" a wall where you only see it if you happen to drag the cursor.

Is there a better wy to find it? Any other way to get in?
