The *special* items (Dakkons blade for eg)

My game has probably gone weird but I have had a few problems. I have just come out from the Underdark, and rested, did a few quests, etc. I went back to the Copper Coronet to buy some items (because I remember some posh dude being there where I could buy cool items from; he was near where Yoshimo stands). WHen I first checked in there in HCapter 2, he was not there, and when i arrived in chapter 6, he was not there either. THe woman in the Adventurers Mart is not there either (the one who sells Dakkons Blade). This being my 2nd time through the game, I am eager ot buy their items. The difference between my first and second game is that in my 2nd I installed ToB.
Is there any quests I have to do to get them to appear?
Any help is appreciated..(this is getting annoying; 1 problem after another

There is no quest that activates them. You need to *install* them as they are bonus merchants that come with the pre-order and collector's edition (one from each). You can try Baldurdash but I'm not sure if they have it - but I think they do.
It's 2 small files probably in one zip file. It goes into your override folder.

ohhhhh thanx......now i remember! I downloaded it, so that you can get the clao k of...errrr.....Balduran?
Is the merchant in the Copper Coronet also a downloaded dude?

The cloak of balduran is not in bg2, you can get the armor, helmet, sword and shield of balduran wich are all great items as well.
