Hey Greyem,
To get through the caves of Ishad'na you must first get the Signet
of the mavin (holy signet) from the tomb of Nivius in the crypt.
To get there you must get to Scabbans room with the hole in the
middle. There is a lever on one of the walls: Click it.
This activates the grate in the pool of water at the bottom. Jump
down the hole and swim through the tunnel. Your now in the room of
tombs.
Before proceeding you must find the key the Rethpian dropped which you
could see through the grate near his room. It is the first left turn
you come to.
Once you have the key you go to the tomb of Nivius and swear the sacred
oath to the spirit.
Then you may retrieve the Signet from the corpse to get through the caves.
To exit: click the lever where the key was and leave the crypt from there.

{Hope to be of service.}
