Does anyone know how many skill you can learn before they scroll
out of sight? Getting ready to start this game and didn't want to
get skills I couldn't add to. Thanks!

You can actually learn all the skills and earn all the traits. However, you can only apply skill points to the skills that show up in the first two columns of the display, which is around 20, IIRC. Once they scroll off, you can't add to them at level-up.

You can, however, continue to train in them. I make it a habit of applying my skill points to the last non-trainable item on the list. That may be sorcery, or it may be gallantry or prowess...

I never add skill points to the trainable skills (the ones you can train in the guilds). I pick them up later when I've filled all my other non-trainable skills.

'Course, there's no right or wrong way to do it... try it out, and see what you like [img]smile.gif[/img]
