I should know this by now considering I´ve played BG2 and other similar games a long time, but something I always wondered is: What do strenght do when we talk about hitting enemies? I know the bonus to to hit and damage if you have a strenght over 16 but what´s the difference between having a strenght of 10 or of 14. Does the extra four add to the damage, or?

Thanks.

in other words, the only difference between a str of 10 and 14 is the weight you can carry and the chance to bash a lock
