I do... when it's unavoidable, like driving and seeing slides in lectures. What can I say? I'm vain

well that's kind of a good thing... i have heard that wearing glasses and making it a significant part of your life actually degrades your vision all the more... is this true?

I would think squinting and trying to see when you need glasses would be more likely to degrade your vision, actually.

I don't wear glasses, nor does anyone in my family. I've been sitting behind computer screens a lot throughout my admittedly rather short life, but it doesn't seem to have damaged my eyes as of yet. Thankfully

Well... yes! I wear them only two months but I plan to buy contacts in a few months.

Yeap. I can see perfectly without but I miss out on a lil depth perception without them (my left eye is over 300 by my right eye is perfect). I use them whenever I'm on the computer or have to concentrate on something (like when I'm painting)

I was the only person in the first grade to have glasses other than the teacher

I can't see anything without them. I got hard contacts when I was 13 and for 20 years didn't wear glasses at all. About 3 years ago I started having problems with my contacts and bought my first pair of glasses in nearly 20 years. The problems with my contacts continued and within 3 months I was back to just glasses. Lately, I've gotten soft contacts and mostly wear them.
