I have leveled edwin up 11 and he hasint gained any new spell slots yet is somethig up with this or do i just need to level him up some more.

according to the tables ..
he should be getting new slots actually ...

specialist mage, lvl 10
5 5 4 3 3 ( lvl -1- -2- -3- -4- -5-)
specialist mage, lvl 11
5 5 5 4 4

there has been a know bug though, where edwin had been given too much spell slots at earlier lvls, so leveling up would actually mean a decrease in spell-slots ....

But i dont think it's right ..
I'd say wait for someone else to post on this,
since im not sure how to fix this

My Edwin's been working fine (he's level 14 now), the only thing close to what you mentioned is that on one of his Level Ups, he didn't gain any spell slots. The Level-Up thing just said "Gained Mage Spells:" and that was it, plus 1 more hitpoint. Whoopee. But he's got 5 Level 7 spells now, so we're happy.

(Although it's been well over a month now, and the Nether Scroll has had no effect. I'm also not getting any of my Planar Sphere jazz, even though I accepted it as my stronghold long ago. Must be bugs.)
