since he's a vampire he would probably be a necromancer, but that may just be me.

Lestat ruled...in my own belives The Vamp Cronichles is the best Vamp movie ever made..and i have seen perhaps 15 different movies..including Blade 1-2, Dracula 2001 etc..all the new ones and some old ones !

Unfortunately, psionicist is out, which would have been my first choice. I would probably build him as a specialty priest (raise/control undead abilities) or a monk (because of speed and AC attributes).
Incidently, I used to be a big Anne Rice fan back in the days when she was writing all the Vampire Chronicles. I found Tom Cruise a little hard to swallow as Lestat when they put "Interview with a Vampire" on the silver screen, and I didn't like the fact they gave it a Hollywood ending, of course movies rarely live up to the expectations of someone who has read the book. What surprised me the most, however, was when they filmed "Queen of the Damned," the plot of the first 3/4 of the movie was taken directly from the second book, "The Vampire Lestat." The actual story line from "QotD" (the third book) was just sort of crammed onto the end. It was still pretty good I guess, I just can't figure out why they did it like that. ***gets down off soapbox*** Er... as you were...

I hadn't realized they had given Interview With a Vampire a hollywood ending... of course though, I haven't read the book or anything... and I probably don't have time to, so like, can you tell me what you mean by that? What happened really? Also, how are the real Lestat and the casting of Tom Cruise not suited for each other? Just put spoiler or something in front of it, I don't mind.
