I'm from Grand Rapids, DA, and I've been through Mt Pleasant a couple of times. Don't know much about the tree farm... what are you trying to find out?

Out for another week of work, this time in Chicago (briefly) and Philadelphia (also briefly). Gotta love my favorite airlines...

I never like going back to work after a weekend! It's especially hard when we have a long weekend or I take a day off like I did today!

Was hoping to work in my garden but it's pouring rain out right now. So, plan B is staying inside and dry!

Hah, I win! I have 4-6 weeks off work. Problem being that that's because of a partially torn MCL in my left knee. But nonetheless, that's a month and a bit off work!

You have my vote, Captain Obvious!

True Moose...oooooh, that's not so good. Next time just ask for time off the old fashioned way!

Rain rain and more rain (there's the weather stuff, Bithron ) and more rain after that...ahh, it's summer...I think. To see the weather forcast around here you'd think it was spring or we lived in the rainforests during monsoon season...sheesh! I think we've had a handful of dry days (half a dozen maybe) since early May or late April.

OK, someone tell me I am not hungry....cuz I think I am and I've already had brekkie and lunch is several hours away. I've lost 50 pounds in the last year and a half and keep rocking up and down a pound now...hit a plateau I think, so I'm trying not to overdo it this week to try and rock out of the rut and back onto the right track. It's been hard since the last month is up a bit, down a bit, up a bit.... and with our weather the way it's been, I don't even have the option to work in the yard much to work off the extra snacks! LOL
