I guarantee it. I check logs every day, and can tell you I get a LOT of visitors from *.gov sites.. FBI, DEA, MIL and others...

The FBI are just waiting til someone from "My Cave" signs up with the name "Osama". I heard a rumour that some kid did this on one of those "Meet Old School Friends" sites, and got a few choppers on his front garden.
