Why can't you summon Deva and Planetars at the same time?
Are there rules for Elemental Princes like above:

" You can't summon this until the present one has run out"

Game balance. Imagine if you had 5 planetars. You'd make mincemeat of just about anything. Try to think of one of these celestial beings helping you as a privilege, they're not some servant that you can order about at will (though they are, really).

Well, perhaps it exist only one Deva/Planetar...

Yes, same thing with Elemental Princes... perhaps they don't get along with each other

For some strange reasons they never do what I want. Unless I tell them to cast a spell, they attack who they want when they want no matter what I try to get them to do.

The princes you summon seem to be tougher than the villain ones - the old 1st edition evil princes were a lot harder
