Playing "Tarzan" in the upper level of the barn! Excellent fun swinging on ropes/pulleys across the ceiling and dropping into a fresh pile of hay. Of course we always got in trouble doing that, but it was worth it.

1) Fav place to read: In my living room.

On a sunny day - outside in the shade of a tree. Otherwise in a nice comfy arm chair, especially when it's raining and I can hear it tapping on the roof.

Dundee Cake (a type of fruit cake).

Latches - easier to open when you're drunk.

I'm in a shared student house (6 people) in Nottingham, but I move back to my parents house in Hampshire (near London) tommorrow. It's been a bit of a roller coaster living here, I'll be sad to leave, but glad it's over. I like staying with my parents less and less as I get older.


5. Name one person who you think has had the most impact on your life.

Other than my parents, my old English teacher. I still (try) to keep in contact now, 3 or 4 years after I left the school. Amongst other things, he listened to me when I really needed someone to.

Blue

I'm a student so I don't get much chance to go away. Ideally somewhere with lots of green and loads of fresh air. I went to Spain a couple of weeks ago, but that was more of a one off thing.

I have never read a work of Shakespeare voluntarily: I read "Taming of a Shrew" in high school - didn't really interest me too much and "Hamlet" in grammar school - certainly an interesting story with a surprisingly "modern" main protagonist, but having had to read it, kind of spoilt it for me. I also have to admit that the oldfashioned English made reading it hard work.
