giyu, the lower the speed factor, the quicker the weapon can be used in combat. A weapon with a speed factor of 1 will be used the first second of the round (a round if 10 seconds). If you have multiple attacks obviously the speed factors will apply to the fraction of the round, based on the number of attacks.

and what is the relation between "number of attack" and "speed factor"?

I think it has something to do with at what point in that round you will use the weapon. So if you speed factor is 1, you would go much earlier in the round than if it was 10. Although, I am not to sure about this.

Does anybody knows what the speedfactor of spells exactly is? If it´s 8 does it mean 8 seconds?
