There is a certain metallic substance you get from a quest. If you take that particular item to Cromwell he can forge the MoD +2. If you wish to be spoiled on the item/quest just say so and I or someone else will give you more specific info.

Type in "mace of disruption" in the search engine. There is a post named MoD +2, read it and be spoiled. The mace is not *found*, it is made/forged.

as ElfBane suggested it's good to get to know the common acronyms that have developed on this forum.
Mostly "Mace of Disruption +2" will be called MoD+2 like StoTM is short for "Staff of the Magi"
It helps a lot with the search.
to spoil you

The "Mace of Disruption +2" is forged by Cromwell (the Dwarven Smith in the Docks district) from the MoD+1 and pure Illithium. you get Illithium during a quest for the temple of Helm where you have to obtain it for the artist Sir Sarles. You can obtain real and fake illithium during this quest. Give Sarles the fake (he'll notice, but it'll turn out fine) and keep the real stuff to forge the Mace.

well its just reforged into a better one...but I think the picture for the two maces should be excanged. Illithium is silvery, and when the mace is upgraded it goes from silver to blue! Weird in my opinion

welcome to the forum, by the way!

after i upgrade the MoD +1 it looks like a regular Mace +2 :/

At first when its +1 it looks big and scary, then it just looks regular. And the Mace +2 is yellow or possobly golden, not blue? Is this a bug in my game?

EDIT: What i'm talking about is the picture in the inventory. Sorry if it got confusing to anyone.
