I d/l the file that takes away the XP cap but before i install it i was wondering if character stats go up too do you get more weapon proficiencies or more points for thieving skills? If not whats the point in using this? why not just buy ToB?

you get more theiving skills and spells and hp and everything else assaociated with going up levels when you go up levels with the XP cap remover, up to a certain point, aobut level 22 i think. its probably better to buy ToB.

most xp cap removers are files that go in the overides folder just find the file in overrides and delete it.

AFAIk deleting a file in the override dir cant muck up the game because it overrides an existing file. its probably arranged like this to allow the developers to experiment w/o risking deleting stuff.

what it can muck up is other mods - so be careful in there if you have any.
