Of course there is speculation that Austalia threw yesterdays match against Great Britan to get the more easy opponent into the final

....pure speculation though

The difference between Thugbe League and Thugbe Union? Hmm, I wouldn't have a clue - the government supports the union thuggery doesn't it? Otherwise I wouldn't have a clue.

I just know its unfathomably popular down here to enjoy watching sweaty brutes spear tackling and the like. Something primal and bestial 'bout it, I suppose.
I can't stand either of them though.

And here I was thinking that the Ruby League is an association of Gemologists, and the Rugby Union is a group of athletes...

D1 is the master of dredging up old posts to make people eat their words. Welcome Wellard, or should I call you Grasshopper .

On a brighter note, how is the weather over there Donut and Lanesra - is the sun still shining . It can't be all doom and gloom surely - I mean, you guys should be able to beat Zimbabwe shouldn't you?

Totally off topic. I have a new Arsenal Membership Pack and two tickets to the Lords' test against Australia in July that I was saving for someone.

These are now going spare so if anyone wants them just post here. (NANA!)

Hahahaha - touche

What a clever riposte. Just as a matter of interest (without being too, you know, obvious or anything ), what dates in July are they playing the Lords test? It's possible I might be over that way sort of July-ish, and I have heard that when abroad one should always soak up the local culture. I could even teach a few of the English the universal hand signal for a can of Coke while I am at it .

Also of interest, what's the deal with the new membership pack - have you moved your seats?
