I think a blog is a sort of online diary. Lots of people have one... you put stuff in it like everyday life events, funny links, discussions of topical subjects, etc...
So if you want to get back at your brother, next time just tell him "A web log? That's soooo passé. Only exhibitionists with chronic boredom syndroms keep one"

Edit: found an explanation here, in case you want to read more

Great, Mel! Thanks. And I loved your response
Based on my brother's page, I'd say he has way too much time on his hands that he should be spending studying

Mel, ROTFL@ 'chronic boredom syndrome' I never heard of a 'blog' before. Although I admit I've seen web journals or logs..kind of like a private diary on the web?

Harley and Legolas, Merlin has a knack for finding things/doing things that aren't necessarily good for kitties! He eats the tails of the toy mice, he walks the edge of the sink and frequently does acrobatics to avoid slipping off, he tries to eat Q-tips, rifles the trash if I don't tape the top down.... chews plastic of most sorts, particularly grocery bags and his number one favorite thing to steal if he can get his teeth on it........latex dishwashing gloves! LOL

Micah! Good to see you here! I'm really enjoying my NWN these days, but I plan to be back to IWD2 soon. I need to whup that black dragon! That's what I got bogged down with and why I'm playing NWN now! LOL

I don't mind a SMALL amount of spam but when the Cafe gets to be 8 pages in one day and it's all one liner pure spam, I have to ask people not to do it because most of the members who would come to talk about their day or things that they want advice or sympathy or cheers on, will not post in that atmosphere. I want you to be comfy here, but not at the expense of other members.

So the answer is NO, I don't want to see page after page of roleplay spam or one liner spamfests that could be done on msn or aim etc. because our goal is to TALK WITH one another , not fill up a cafe in five hours. *snip*
Thanx for posting this cloudy, it's actually one of the reasons I've been avoiding the cafe lately, trying to catch up through 8 pages of spam is extremely annoying.

I talked to my mother last night, and they don't expect my grandfather to survive the week it'll probably be at least 2 before I can get home...

Question Mark

Stealing toilet-paper? I have a problem with my cat stealing my food right of the plate while I eat. I have to lock him up in the livingroom during lunch to prevent him from stealing.

Cloudy, I think Merlin needs to get out more. I don't suppose you have a backyard handy where he can fool about a bit?

Morguerat, I'm really sorry to hear that

Morning, all. It is the Fell Winter of 2003, here. My town is about closed down. 1" of snow! Drifts of up to 2"! Temperature plunges to 21! But, they say it will be gone by Thursday. I am not worried, Galadria is making pot roast.

Morning all.
My sincere condolences to your family Morguerat.

Got so much work today. How does a Bill of Particulars work again?

[Edit] Atty, how can you stand it?? Here it's reeeaaalllly c-c-ca-caa-cold today. My legs are just now warming up from my 13 block walk to work. My checks are still numb. It's like between 0 and 10.
