I am currently in kuldahar, and I have a wizard that's on level 12. This means that his magic is at level 7, and has been there for a while. The problem is that I haven't found any scolls at that level! Does anybody know where I could find some?

A level 12 mage can access only lv6 spells. Level 7 comes with a level 13 mage. Try the Kuldahar tower.
