Here's my answers - the ones I couldn't figure out are in italics

look before you leap
beauty is only skin deep
cleanliness is next to godliness
no use crying over spilt milk
you can't teach an old dog new tricks
all that glitters is not gold
spare the rod and spoil the child
a watched pot never boils
beggars can't be choosers
where there's smoke, there's fire
too many cooks spoil the broth
charity begins at home
those living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones
beginners luck
dead men tell no tales
all work and no play makes jack a dull boy
a rolling stone gathers no moss

The person representing the ultimate cachinnation possesses thereby the optimal cachinnation

sticks and stones can break my bones, but words will never hurt me

Abstention from elevatory undertakings precludes a potential escalation of a lucrative nature

Eschew obfuscated phraseology: employ perspicuous verbiage

the truth shall set you free

A pulchritudinous entity pleasures eternally

an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth
ask me no questions, I'll tell you no lies
a penny for your thoughts
east is east, and west is west and the two shall never meet
an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure
to err is human, forgive divine

a womans work is never done
a little knowledge is a dangerous thing

Propinquity avails itself only in the coverlets of equine quadru-bases

And now with a dictionary!

Pulchritude possesses solely coetaneous profundity
Beauty doesn't last? Coetaneous = of the same age... *scratches head*

Freedom from encrustations of grime is contagious to rectitude
Cleanliness is next to Godliness

Eschew the implement of correction and vitiate the scion
Spare the rod and spoil the child

Opting on the part of mendicants must be interdicted
Beggars cannot be choosers

Eleemosynary deeds have their incipience intramurally
Good deeds are their own reward. (Got this before I looked it up...
(after checking... yay! correct )

Neophyte’s serendipity
Beginner's luck

The person representing the ultimate cachinnation possesses thereby the optimal cachinnation
He who laughs last, laughs loudest.

Abstention from elevatory undertakings precludes a potential escalation of a lucrative nature
If you don't gamble, you can't win? Still kinda stuck...

Eschew obfuscated phraseology: employ perspicuous verbiage
Don't use complicated terms, speak simply... ?

Veracity ascertains emancipation
The truth will set you free.

A pulchritudinous entity pleasures eternally
Argh! Its on the tip of my tongue.

A something is a joy for ever. A beautiful thing...

Mandate establishing orb and bicuspid exchange
A rule about suns and moons changing places?

New York is New York and California is California, but an encounter between them cannot ever exist

It is common for mankind to be amiss in the commission of an omission, but permission for remission is the mission of providence
To err is human, to forgive is divine.

Fair damsel’s drudgery both drag on forever
A woman's work is never done.

In scant cognition there’s a precarious condition
Ignorance is dangerous?

Propinquity avails itself only in the coverlets of equine quadru-bases
Family means nothing outside the horse's blankets? urgh!

A nod's as good as a wink to a blind horse. or donkey...

I never heard the expression that way before... only as "A nod's as good as a wink to me."

*shrugs*

If someone could PM me the answers to these things I would really appreciate it. I just came up with a great idea for my DND character to use them on Sunday. Thanks!

Isn't this one charity begins at home?

Just going by my French/Latin, but intra = within mur = wall, in otherwords at home. Obviously good and charitable have a similar sense.

Off hand I could only think of a few seeing as how I had no idea what a lot of the words meant *blush*

It is Fruitless to become lachrymose over perceptibly departed lacteal fluid-No use crying over spilled milk

It is fruitless to attempt to indoctrinate a superannuated canine with innovative maneuvers-You can't teach an old dog new tricks

All articles that coruscate with resplendence are not truly auriferous.- All things that shine are not gold or something to that effect

A revolving lithic conglomerate accumulates no congeries of minute, verdant bryophitic vegetation-A rolling stone accumulates no moss (I think!)

Edit: I guessed on these ones just now looking up a few words

Male cadavers are incapable of yielding and testimony - Male bodies can't talk?

Exclusive dedication to necessitous chores without interlude of hedonistic diversion renders John a hebetudinous Fellow - All work and no play makes Jon a boring man?

The person representing the ultimate cachinnation possesses thereby the optimal cachinnation - He who laughs last laughs best I think

Don’t inquire and you won’t be treated to deceit - ask and you won't be lied to

Individuals who make their abodes in vitreous edifices would be advised to refrain from catapulting petrous projectiles - Those who live in glass houses shouldn't catapult rocks

The temperature of the aqueous content of an unremittingly ogled saucepan does not reach 100 Centigrade - a watched kettle never boils

Where there are visible vapors having their provenance in ignited carbonaceous materials there is conflagration - where there is smoke, there is fire?

A plethora of individuals with expertise in culinary techniques vitiates the potable concoction produced by steeping certain combustibles. - something about many cooks corruption a drinkable concoction??
