I belive the ironworks itself has a few of these, a good place is also

Well, Byronas, it is not an official patch and it involves tampering with the game that Interplay doesn't want... so it is non-existent to their sites probably.. althought the webring might help

I'm not sure. Found the XP cap one. But where the one for multiple romances. Some had posted up a real good site with patches. that post also made mention of a cool portaites site. I think it might have been zoltan, maybe avatar. I see those names alot...
