I don't really want to forge the crom fraeyr in SOA because I want the strength items for people who wouldn't use the hammer. Can Cespenar make it up for me when I get to TOB if I have all the components and the scroll?

I don't think he can. I thoght along the same lines and then wanted it later, but that curs-ed little imp didn't wanna make it. Oh well sometimes we just gotta live with those kinda decisions.
