Cloudy's Cafe, a conversation zone, August 10,2003

Hey everyone, haven't really droped in....in the cafe in awhile. I started school on the 5th of August (way early IMO). I'm a senior this year, and i only have to classes this semester and i get out at 12:30 so its all good like summer with a little bit of school [img]tongue.gif[/img] Well i thought i would just drop in and see how everyone is doing.

You should contact Ziroc Elif and see if he might be able to help figure out why you can't get on IWs at home. Do you clean your cookies often? I know when I get so many cookies I can't access IWs either, although other forums are OK. Either way try it if you haven't already, just a small thought. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Oh and we have rubberneckers aplenty here as well! Amazing how it backs up traffic. I cannot even count anymore how many times I've been driving down a major highway, traffic flowing just fine, then all of the sudden it all just stops dead, three lanes just sitting. So you think to yourself "must be an accident." Nope! Eventually as you crawl along for an hour you see a car pulled off of the road, maybe getting a speeding ticket by a cop, maybe just some guy broken down, maybe some guy talking on the phone. Either way, its no big deal, and funny enough, once traffic goes by the "scene" it picks right back up and is moving along fast and steady again!

I'm inbetween nightshifts, sleeping through the day and working through the night. Can anybody from Europe send a picture of the sun, I have not seen it for a while

LOL....I hate that, NS. You're driving an inch an hour for what seems like eternity and when you get a few miles along you realize there is nothing there that should be slowing things down that much! argh!
