I love getting bargains, I'll have to go check ours out.

I know what you mean by the grass growing behind you when you mow! Rex does the mowing here and we don't have anything close to the area you have to do but it always needs done!

I am afraid Pawpaw wouldn't go as far as Michigan to lend you his riding mower...maybe if there were a fishing or hunting trip involved.
He just got his picture on the front page of the local county paper for catching a 42 lb catfish. We are told if we go see him, he is going to pull the head out of the freezer to show it to us LOL!

one more research paper to go.....
then onward preparing for the class presentations and preparing for final exams!! GAH!

tips for ones who's going to do the speeches in front of class:
always try to either go first or second then it'll be ALL over! *whew*
keep your eyes on your audience most of the time
write your speech on the index cards
before you do your speech, practice it in front of the mirror or your friends
try not to talk in a monologue tone
don't use "you know", "uh", "um", or some such in your speech. very annoying
visual aids is a plus
dress presentable for the speech (no hat/cap) such as clean clothes
try not to pick your nose during the speech

Umm... Adam? Grass does grow every day. So if you think the grass is growing behind you, it probably is. If you have a 3 acre lawn like you do. You should definitely get a riding lawnmower as soon as possible. My cousin has an acre and it takes him to hours to mow his lawn. Just a tip. I wish you luck on your final exams. I know how you feel about them, and essays, and presentations. I hate them all.

sure could you loan me $2000? now if I see one used for sale in the ads, I ask myself: what's wrong with it?

did you know that smaller the lawn, the bigger the riding mowers? heh...

as for the essays, I did well: a B, an A-, and an A

as for the presentations, I did quite well (of course I had to make changes during other people's speeches before my turn had come...) I made it to the dean's list yippie!

well I'm off to download music now take care folks....

...to add that I have to find a way to get rid of the skunk smell off my house and looking up tips on the sites on how to discourage the skunks away from my property
