1)HAVE I ANY DISADVANTAGES SLEEPING MUCH MORE TIMES THAN NECESSARY( TO HAVE ALL SPELLS AND LIFE CHARGED)? IF NOT, ISN'T IT TOO EASY?

2)INTELLIGENCE: MAXIMUM TO MAGES AND MINIMUM TO ALL THE OTHERS. IS IT RIGHT? IF NOT, WHY?

3)CHARISM: MAXIMUM TO ONLY ONE CHARAPTER, MINIMUM TO ALL THE OTHERS, IS IT OK? IF NOT, WHY?

As far as sleeping goes, you can rest as much as you want with no penalty, however, if you get attacked with a very beat-up team while you try to rest, you may lose a few party members. If I know an area is particularly dangerous, I'll use up all my healing spells before I nap.

For Intelligence/Charisma, you've got it down. Though sometimes I feel "weird" when my main character doesn't have at least a few points in Intelligence/Charisma, I don't like to think of him as a mindless dullard Of course, if you get a sweet roll, you'll never need to have anything lower than 10 anyway.
