I have lost my external hard drive probably eight times, my class ring probably seven times, and my watch probably thirty times...

The reason I lose these things is that I set them down someplace (I take the ring and the watch off to type) and then leave without remembering that I'mnot wearing them.

I have recovered everything, every time, except for the watch, may it rest in peace.

Keys to my bike lock and garage and house
Luckily, no keyrings with an address or anything on.
Coming back from playing football and my bag snapped, for you guys who live in England a Jd Sports bag (thin papery material with a bit of string that goes over your shoulder and round your body ) All my stuff fell over the road and it was about half 10 at night, I picked it all up (so I thought) and went home. Half hour later I was riding around on my bike in a t-shirt and shorts looking in the pitch black for it, no luck
It only cost £10 to replace, but if it had my address on it could have cost a lot more...

Well, I used to date this pretty large girl, and sometimes we'd go to the mall, split up, and lose each other for a bit. Does that count? If not, I've lost my car dozens of times too.

My rolex . I got it as a gift when I graduated from high school, and I'm not sure what happened to it. I guess I took it off and never found it, but I have no idea at all what happened or even where I took it off

Well this one time, at band camp....

I lost a real intellectual stimulator. She was 5'10", 120lbs, with dark skin, black hair, and the rest... well... va-va-VA-voom!

She left me for a trumpet player, and I still don't understand why. I mean, I think we all know tuba players have the biggest horns and the most rhythm. I was certainly more talented, but the lure of the solo was calling her.

I'm pretty sure that is the biggest thing I ever lost, and if you find it/her, send her back please. C.O.D. is fine.

My keys... happened last year. I was flying out on a trip, and was using a new carry-on bag (yet another conference bag). I tossed the keys into a back section (I think), which turned out to be a false pocket -- a place you could slide the handle of your roller bag through so that the computer bag would stay nicely attached on top of it.

Haven't seen 'em since... man, did that stink, 'cause there were remote key fobs for both our cars on there.
