I have changed the encoding rate to 40Kbps, try it out and let me know if it sounds ok.

Im connected at 48Kbps, so if I dont do anything it works OK. Most of the time. Some buffering.
ALthough since I tried this afternoon (when it was still at 70Kbps), Winamp hasnt played music properly  M$ suck.
