Control Panel=sounds&multimedia=windows
Dig around for it. OT, What's up with that banner? Me tinks you have the wrong one. The Seahawks have a differnt emblem and colors!

I have looked around everywhere and cant find an option to turn this annoying loud click off. I am listening to my WMP and dont want to here the loud damn thing every time I hit a link.

In Sounds and Multimedia->Sounds check for anything set to start.wav (I think this is what you're looking for) - possibly Open Program.

Here's one.
I can't get rid of the sound when I get an incoming message from Yahoo and it is quite annoying listening to that when I play music on my headphones. I disabled it in Tools, but it still comes up. Any remedy for this? |

Yahoo messenger is seperate from CP=Mutlimedia&Sounds control. You will have to dig in the Yahoo profile. I had that issue years ago, and fixed it with, No longer use Yahoo messenger! Really it can be turned off.
LK, CP=M&S=Windows+ Turn off all the stuff with a speaker icon, then turn back on the ones you want if any. I have all of mine off.
