Yes
. SPOIL info . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I can't remember the name of them, but they are blue and you need 'em to upgrade some weapons.... You will find one in a chicken.... The first one you get may say something like 'it looks valuable', but only worth 600gp if you sell it, and other gems are MUCH more valuable cashwise. Hang on to 'em! ------------------ Smile! It's not a stupid question at all Do please ask anything you want to now
SPOILER AHEAD ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' There are three gems in the game which are worth keeping, you can sell all the others for the cash and buy something nice The three important gems are: 1. Rogue Stone - you need it to get into a certain building in the bridge district (BE WARNED!!! tough fight!) 2. Diamond - to upgrade (= improve) the silver horn of Valhalla once 3. Beljuril - to upgrade the horn of Valhalla for the second time You need only carry one of each of the abovementioned gems, so if you have more than one Rogue stone, sell all but one. Hope this helps! ------------------ Melusine, Archbabe of the OHF and the LH Your voice is ambrosia |

SPOILER
' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' Gimlee, the mace of disruption can be updated by Cromwell if you bring him some illithium ore. This can be obtained by doing the Sir Sarles quest which you get in the temple district ------------------ Melusine, Archbabe of the OHF and the LH Your voice is ambrosia |

Gimlee, if you play it right, you can obtain fake illithium ore rfrom the Iron merchant, and also obtain the real ore from the dwarf in the CC. Then, give the fake ore to Sir Sarles (earns you less XP but it's well worth the upgraded mace) and take the real ore to Cromwell
Fljotsdale, !! Just try the quest now, do you remember a building in the bridge district where it says something about not being able to go in due to the complete darkness there? OK go to that door with a rogue stone in your inventory.....and have FUN!!! Earns you a lot of XP and a great item!! Beware though, this is only for high level toughies Have fun.... don't you just love the anticipation of a new quest?? ------------------ Melusine, Archbabe of the OHF and the LH Your voice is ambrosia |
