When you submit a reply, click on "Smilies Legend". This pops up another site with labels on them. For Bart, you would type
*Bart* replace the asterisks with colons though.

Yes Hex, I agree, Ziroc needs to amend his lower ranks because I know elminster could wipe the floor with just about any drow and zhent guard...
