Couple kountry biscuits, with some gravy, and a hunk of fried ham, swallered down with some fresh squeezed orange juice, and a keetle of coffee.

Full Scottish fry up (none of this European crap, excuse for bacon etc.) toast, a few glasses of orange juice and 2 cups of coffee. A bowl of 2 pears and 1 peach in either strawberry or peach yoghurt sauce. Sorted.
