Feeling mean tonight? Sorry, not going to take the bait. I only converse in friendly conversations. Sorry if you misinterpreted something I said, only trying to have friendly banter. Obviously you are on another level. I think it's time to call it a night. This day only seems to get worse and worse here.

LadyWendy, I am awfully sorry, but this a complete and utter misunderstanding !

The song was in no way meant as a comment/payback for anything on the "LadyWendy" thread, but as an unintentionally self-ironic and self-derogatory comment by the guy I was roleplaying here about himself: you know the kind of presumptuous guy who always thinks he is sooo much smarter than the girl/ woman while in reality it is the other way around. That was the idea behind my last post and nothing else. The YOU in the song is a HE as, at least the version I know, is sung by a female artist and that was what I meant to say that HE is so vain without even realizing it.

It was far from my mind, and always will be, to hurt you and if I unintentionally did hurt you, I am awfully sorry.

I can only hope that you will believe and forgive me.

Well, that should teach me to be more careful when roleplaying. Damn it !

Good night to you, LadyWendy !

Please, everybody help me by keeping this thread from freefalling, so that she gets to see my apology. And, please tell her about it when you "see" her anywhere else here. Thank you !

Hope it doesn't have to be funny, but my favorite quote is:

"Luck is a residue of your own design"

Don't know if it has earlier origins but I heard an actor (Mark Harmon?) on St. Elsewhere say it several years ago...

I hope LadyZ doesn't stay mad (CCCOOOOMMMMEEE BBBAAACCCKKKK LLLLAAADDDDYYYZZZZ WEEEE NNNEEEEEEDDDDD YYYOOOOOUUUUU!!!!!! )

And I'm thinking we'll have to add Tobbin to the "Missing in Action" thread (Darnskie! He was my mostest favoritest knight! )

Now, to go off ontopic (???) I heard this song about a week ago that I loved as a younster: (only know this one verse )

"Love is what we came here for
Love is the opening door
Do you know what I mean?
Have your eyes truely seen?"

Any one know who did this song or what the rest of the lyrics are or where I can get an MP3 of it??? onder: (AARRRGGGHHH!!!! can't get it out of my head!!! )

"I've always said that there's nothing an agnostic can't do if they don't know whether they believe in anything or not..."

Then there's serious quotes,

Benjamin Franklin.
- Dost thou love life? Then do not squander time, for that's the stuff life is made of.
- Three may keep a secret, if two of them are dead.

But is that why we're here posting instead of somewhere improving ourselves?
