I only used CSS and Quanta which put some of the tags uppercase. Good to see that they should be lower case.

BTW I hope you understand I didn't put all those mess in it LOL. Let me try on my adfree host
Without all the ad code

Thanks for the tutorial!

edit: from your edit I see you looked at the code the host added.

To change between pages is quite simple: <a href="url to new document">the text to be linked</a> . The quotes are mandatory. Your links won't go anywhere since they don't have an href element.
I know how to normally link. But then I have to put the menu in the html file that's being opened as well, right? So that's the proper way to do it?

Now that's better [img]smile.gif[/img] . You still need a DOCTYPE, though.
Now, those class attributes on your links are obsolete. To style them, use pseudo-classes. a has four pseudoclasses:
code:
a:link
a:visited
a:active
a:hover
[/QUOTE]Note that you need to put them in that order in your CSS, or some won't work.

Nope they're not too much since I might change the attributes for it in the main section. Those were for the menu. I use those pseaudoclasses as well.
I'm not sure if they're in the right order though thanks for noticing that [img]smile.gif[/img]

I'm going to do that tutorial today I think and add the DOCTYPE stuff.

It is one way to do it, although maintance on it will be a pain. But using static pages, it is far and away your best option: (i)frames are generally a bad idea (and they're forbidden in Strict and Transitional DOCTYPEs anyway). Neither complex javascript nor frames will degrade well. For a menu, though, p's in a div aren't the best way to go. Use an unordered list instead. Newt Edge has some good code for this.
