Baldurash Fixpack

Up until now I have not used the fixpack.
However since I am planning to use a lot of mods should I install it?

I do not have it myself, though I would install it just for safety, if you're planning to use alot of MODs.

Do you have to installit before installing the mods or will a later instalation work just the same?
