I have a bard. His str is not very high. He's a ranged attacker. I wonder if there's any crossbows or longbows require 13 or 14 or more strength?

but don't forget missile weapons (slings, dart use Strength for damage rolls [img]smile.gif[/img]

Gone are the strength/dext requirement on armor/weapons.
A 4-in-STR, Tiefling, Wizard can wield a 2H-Battleaxe if he wishes.
