I can't seem to add the portraits I download to my players. I rename them to
CUST001L.bmp CUST001S.bmp put them in the directory, but when I go to add them, all it shows is a face with a question mark in it. Any ideas? |

i put the portraits in a folder in the icewind dale folder called "portraits"
i seem to work for me... maybe u can try it... |

I had a similar problem trying to put in pics from download...(I got the question-mark)...I realized at length that I was not installing it properly...I thought I was...look into that...

That should do it.
It may just be that you've given them too long names - they're not meant to be more than seven letters, yours are eight. Try re-naming them CUST01L.bmp and CUST01S.bmp. If that doesn't do the trick check the sizes are ok. The small one should be 36x58 pixels and the large 110x170. |
