Go for Tactics.

Never played Fallout, but I thought the C&C series was great. However paying $45(US) is a bit much. I keep seeing it in our discount stores for around $20. I have played all the C&C games and have the disks/books, probably wouldn't be much to send them to you if you want to save the costs of buying new. Email me if you want and we can see.

Not seen Red Alert2, but Fallout Tactics comes across as a very nice cross between Fallout and Jagged Alliance. I got bored with the C&C series, so I haven't looked at that

A co-worker of mine is in love with Fallout Tactics. He recommends it highly, and is trying to convince me to get it. I just finished HoW, so I'm ready for a new game
