As far as I can tell the Boots of Speed just make your character walk faster. Its weird because a little haste sign pops up on the Profile when equipped, but in battle he swings like a normal guy.
Anyways...you don't think the designers put in the Cursed Boots of Dancing do you? That would be kick ass! |

lol it would indeed. Boots of speed only increase Walk speed when i used them.
