I know it's been asked before, but I can't find the posts, so I'm asking again. Keeping in mind that my current system is about 4 or 5 years old, so I can't play anything like the new DW Bradley Game, what games would all of you recommend I play next? I know that I can play W&W again, but I'd like to look into other RPG's that along the same lines as W&W was.

Thanks in advance

Darkstone is another possibility. Rather like Diablo in many respects but pretty good.

You should be able to play Might & Magic 6 - 8 without difficulty. M&M is more of a real RPG, not Diabloish at all.

Great! Thanks, I'll try M&M, I think I've heard many on this forum mentioning liking it. I wonder if that's just because it's W&W upside-down, hehe.

Thanks again for the suggestions. I can't wait to try them out.

Yep, I'd agree with Might and Magic 7 or the original Baldurs Gate.

Might & Magic is definitely worth a try -- MM6 is, IMHO, the best of the recent MMs. MM7 is also known as "MM6, chapter 2". MM8 adds a few funky things to the mix, and MM9 is completely different -- tone down the head-bob level or you may get sick.

A Boutique WW game is a possibility as well -- say, a solo Oomphaz rogue. Now *that* could be interesting...

Give Baldur's Gate a shot as well, and maybe even Wizardry.

The options are endless. The patience is yours.

Like Wyvern said try Darkstone.
We have old archives here

Cycle trought that and then decide do you want to give it a try...
I liked it, when it camed and should work older computers.

I also like Tom Proudfoots games. Nahlakh and Natuk.
Natuk is newer one and you can visit it's site here

Download demo, not so big file and enjoy like I did!

I was going to suggest Baldurs gate. I am playing it again with the "Tales of the Sword Coast" addon & it adds a bit more to the game. The good thing about it is that it will play on our pathetic, obsolete pc's.
Diablo is not bad but you can finish it in about a week. The good thing about it is that it will play on NT so you can load it onto the pc at work.
I also like the idea of still coming back to these forums when you need help. The misc crpg's forum has a thread about the best games , you should check it out.

You might want do download the dark side of the sword coast mod for Baldurs Gate, it's a free add on made by players which is meant to be good.
