Yes I did play PnP. I played it for 15 years.

Here is a quote from the Chosen of Mystra Kit.

"This gout of Silverfire can pierce all known materials and magical barriers. Silverfire also ignores spell resistance and damage reduction. Its touch deals 4d12 points of damage, with no saving throw, to all beings struck by it, and it forces all items to save vs. magical fire or be destroyed."

Whats the fun in being level 39/39? And being the chosen of a god as well? You would be invincible to everyone except gods.

Angel blast the tarrasque again and kills it and then casts wish on it.

"So there it is now dead" Angel screams at Caleb

Sorry, Caleb, but the Tarrasque is a Unique creature. I think I'll put it back where it came from. I know where it was, because Tiddles is one of her sons
.
In answer to the "why play someone that powerful?" game, consider this: Lord Shield started as a semi-normal D&D character - he was a multi-class Cleric/Mystic (we were experimenting with multi-class rules for Basic D&D). At 36th level (maximum for Basic D&D characters), he finished off his quest for Immortality. He then worked up the ranks of the Gods
.
Then I did the whole thing again in a 2nd life but his alignment went from Neutral to Lawful and he was a Fighter cum Paladin. He did the God thing again
.
The 2nd life was pretty much story. My brother and I got bored with the characters
.
The trouble is Blademaster is too proud of his character. It is indeed a munchkin (Ed Greenwood)'s dream. If he wants to role-play it, fine, but don't expect any challenges. For that, you're better off with a different character. Then, you won't take it so personally if somebody pours goop on the character or something
.
Ok, now that's said, I would rather not have any more posts questioning Angel. As long as BM doesn't go cheesy like Ghwano and Tom did, it's fine.

In the foul darkness one figure will emerge to save the world from evil and despair.... Light flashes as his sword comes down, and thunder rolls through the sky when he points his sword up to heaven to signal his victory....People whisper his name as he walks by, evil tries to hide as they sense his presence nearby.... His name? Link......

A gigantically large, clumsy-looking man stumbles into the Tavern. He straightens the helmet on his head, which, like his breastplate, is polished to an eyeblinding shine. He orders a big mug of dwarven ale and sits down near a corner, pulling out a crumpled sheet of paper. Tonguetip hanging out of his mouth, he laboriously starts to write a letter. Curious onlookers can see it starts with

"Dear Mum and Dad (and Minty)........"

Tiax had left while Jabidas and Kivan were talking, but suddenly a portal opens, out of which wafts a strong alcoholic smell, and out stumbles "Tiaxan" which is Tiax in elven form, but the portal to The Demi-Plane Of Alcohol remains.
