I hope my post is now a little more to your liking.
Ahhh yes Ive heard of the scandal but only because Good Morning America is televised here. AI think they run stories into the ground like that because of Teddy Kennedy and Chapaquitic(sp?). The media has become such a mud slinging industry if I were a reporter Id be embarrassed to admit it to anyone unless I were a sports reporter (hockey writer ) Thanks for the reminder Sazerak ------------------ THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hey! Does this mean I have to be the butt of Aggie jokes when I complete my education here in San Antonio?
I'll be attending Palo Alto College...they are merging with Texas A & M and that (Texas A & M) will more than likely what is printed out on my degree. *sniff* *sniff* ------------------ Pets Need Love Too |

Cool, another San Antonian...
That's okay about going to Palo Alto; I'm about to start back at UTSA (University of Texas at San Antonio). You know, the red-headed stepchild of the UT system. Even UT El Paso is ranked higher than us, and there's NOTHING in El Paso. I know, I visited El Paso once (had more fun on my uncle's farm in western Pennsylvania...). Aggies definitely take more heat than they deserve, but at the same time, I can't cut them any slack (hey, UT and A&M are arch-rivals ). Don't worry about graduating from an A&M school; it's better than just plain old Palo Alto college (will look better on the resume). ------------------ Death is only the beginning... |

and dont forget OU! them and UT are arch-rivals, and i think them and T A&M are too
------------------ It's simple. Once the Planet is hurt, it gathers Spirit Energy to heal the injury. The amount of energy gathered depends on the size of the injury...What would happen if there was an injury that threatened the very life of the Planet? Think how much energy would be gathered! Ha, ha, ha. And at the center of that injury, wil be me. All that boundless energy will be mine. By merging with the energy of the Planet, I will be come a new life form, a new existence. Melding with the Planet, I will cease to exist as I am now. Only to be reborn as a 'God' to rule over every living soul. |

El Paso....ugh...the place definitely looks more inviting in the dark than it does in the daytime! Yeah I was going to do a year or two at Palo Alto and then transfer to UTSA but since they are merging with Texas A & M, I won't have to. I would much rather have T A& M or UTSA on my resume than just Palo Alto LOL As far as being arch rivals...well I doubt I'll be getting into too may fights over school spirit LOL...as long as I can work towards getting my degree, I'll be quiet and let the younger crowd argue over who is the best. ------------------ You know childhood is over when a puddle seems like an obstacle instead of an opportunity. UT and OU are DEFINITELY arch-rivals. I know to stay away from the Texas State Fair on Texas-OU weekend...fact, I don't even go to DALLAS on that weekend! It is hard-core rivalry there. ------------------ |
