Can anyone tell me where the robe of saint roris is? I've scoured that dungeon (Assemanu?) twice and levitated to anything that had a ledge and I still can't find it!

I am going to storm (I hope
 ) the Assman dungeon right now. Just wait a bit and I'll find the robe (I hope so).

okay, do you know where the ascended sleeper named Dagoth... something is? from where he is standing. look east. you should be able to see a chest.

I found it after I posted here. I was completely blind! I don't understand why so many people find that to be so powerfull though. If it had a constant effect I could understand it.

it WAS the most powerful thing in Morrowind before patched. very very unbalance.
The enchantment before patch is Constant Effect Restore 10 health per second. Restore 10 Fatigue per second. |

It is seriously overpowered (I obviously have no patch), and I like it! Tho it is ugly green common robe...

eyup, that's why the enchantment was changed because a lot of people complain about it being unbalancing the game.

15 points every second would be a massive advantage. No wonder the patch changed it to a charged item.
