What are the spell of Artifact of fire, Artifact of Stone, etc used for? I know it's not to bless things with. Do they have anything to do with your enchanting capabilities? Or are they for some other use? By the way, if you invoke them what do they do?

Question Mark

I cannot place the exact Artifact to the exact Enchant / Bless.

When at the Temple for Blessings:
You can; + hit, + damage, toughen = Spirit, ???, Vine
Also; Armor, Toughen, Regenerate = Stone, Vine, Spirit

When at the Wizard for Enchanting:
You can; Protect Magic, Ice, Fire = Fiend(??), Moon, Sun,
Also; add iceball, flamestrike, and (???) to weapons A waste.

Invoking items are how you gain special abilities, Dragon breath, Evil eye, and other items increase your basic abilities, STR, INT etc..

hope this helps,
Felix

+1 damage - pain
+1 armor - stone or pain

As Felix has stated artefact spells can be used in the temple (blessing) and in the wizard shop (enchanting). Hence both the blessing and the enchanting ability.

Blessing and enchanting a weapon can bestow offensive capabilities to a weapon (increased hit point damage and special spells). They can also strengthen breakable weapons so they will not break (%tough).

Armour can be enchanted and blessed to give protection from specific elements. They can also be blessed to help boost regeneration and to give protection against melee attacks.

Do we have a full list of the effects of the various artefact spells, everyone? And if not, then I think we ought to.

There are a couple of links on pages four and five of Best Tips, but nothing simple and detailed. Once this is compiled, I suggest we add it to the list.

A BIG waste. By the time you can actually enchant items with this ability, a single iceball or flamestrike ain't going to do much.

There is an Artifact of ... for all the spell schools, right?

Just checking.....

Yes there is, and they have different effects depending on whether they are enchanted or blessed onto the weapon / armour.
