One thing which kills me about pure monks is the way they attack. I believe the movement you see is the same as a character with a sword, in other words the same as any other character using fists as a weapon.

Go to http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/IWD2/monk-kick.php to learn how to make IWD2 monks kick like BG2 monks.(only humans ones though)
