Ahh Bundaberg, I like the RUM! LOL

I remember one time I was driving down to Melbourne and hit a Roo. Say goodbye to that car it was TOTALLED!

Back on topic the insects down here get pretty big as well. The biggest I've seen is at a zoo. Its called Bird Spider and it is the size of a large dinner plate!!!! Try squashing that with a Thong ( the footware kind not the underware kind) LOL

ok lauren and tdc...replace "kangaroos" with "deer" in your conversations and you know how it is to live here in the u.s. not sure if it's like that everywhere, but it is in the northeast.

Ok deer = kangaroo. Now what you really don't want to hit in your car is a wombat! man those things have the density of a bowling ball. Immagine hitting one of those suckers at 110KPH.

Was it one of those? I once saw one of them on my desk... I gave it some jam and then let it go.

Mad

Yes, armadillos and deer both are a big pain when you are driving, especially at night; there are a ton of them around here. However, add coyote, wild pigs, opossum, skunks, and rattlesnakes, and you are constantly running over stuff around my area. I stopped swerving a long time ago (well, for the smaller stuff; deer, pigs, and coyote will all smash up your vehicle pretty bad).

You know what the most dangerous things in australia are?....magpies
they just swoop at you for no reason (well they do have a reason, to protect their nests). Anyways they are dangerous and can hurt you pretty bad, they can even cause traffic accidents.
