This is perfectly true.

A student in England has invented a toaster which contacts the meterological office via the internet to obtain the days weather. This is then 'burnt' into your toast by using a stencil. So, if it's going to rain you get a picture of a cloud and if it's going to be sunny you get a sun. It will also be possible to imprint text messages or adverts.

I can't wait till I get mine. Which household object could you not do without?

BTW - good news, my doctor has changed my medication - I'm still not taking it though

I think I love the pancake mold which shapes my pancakes into little dinosaurs! It is my only must have!

Good thing you are not taking your meds...chemicals are not good for you!
Eat more B vitamin-loaded foods and I think you'll be OK.

Oh, ye stars and firestones! Is there no end to this madness?

I'm waiting for a food replicator.

Saz, I am so glad you mentioned that. Something has been worrying me. We often see Jean-Luc Picard at his replicator 'Tea - Earl Grey'. What happens to the cups and saucers that the replicator makes? You never see anyone washing up. Are they recycled? or are they dumped somewhere in the Alpha Quadrant? or is there a crockery mountain in cargo bay 4?

LOL Donut! Oh no, I've given you something NEW to lay awake at night and ponder!

I would hope they'd be recycled...the replicator has to use SOMETHING to replicate with! However, if not, I'd vote for dumping in the Alpha Quadrant. SOMETHING has to account for all those "flying saucers" out there, LOL!

Mmmmmmmmm, I'm not too sure about that but I bet that if I went to one of the Trekkie boards someone would know the answer. Is it possible to replicate a replicator then?

He he he! An age old problem, as seen near Rome, where there is a hill called 'monte testaccio' made entirely of thousands of broken amphorae (large Roman storage jars). So I go with your Alpha Quadrant scenario. After all, if it was good enough for the Romans...
