Basically, I need if possible 5 or 6 Bard Kits... and a small description of each. BUT the description I want is a ROLE description, not a CLASS description. Something like, for example:

A mage is a warrior who has dedicated their life to the ways of magic. They are always looking for new spells to learn/make, and ways to use what they have to their advantage in any situation, often in wierd and wonderful ways.

As opposed to:

A mage has access to mage spells. They are limited by the rules of memorisation, and must often rest. The have the following stat adjustments: bla bla bla bla.

If you get my meaning

Hmmmm....

Arcane Singer:

The Arcane Singer uses magic to enhance his songs and music, often this allows them to do things that normal bards cannot. The unfortunate side effect is that they sometimes mishandle the magic as they are not trained mages. Risking a Wild Surge with every enchanted song or piece of music.

Battle Bard:

The Battle Bard is trained for war, his songs raise morale and some can even heal the wounded. He's also skilled in singing and handling instruments even while wearing plate mail. He's got next to no training in thieving skills though, and his mage abilities have suffered a bit as well. He can handle weapons almost as well as a warrior however.

Just curious, but what do you need these things for? And if you need us to make them into actual kits and more than just descriptions I can do that.

The wanderer
The wandering bard is as much your hobo on the go as your news informant, the one that travels all around and carries news and merriment to people and lords. Versed in the ways of the roads as the way of courts.
The wandering bard is constantly moving and writing new tales to spread.

At my forum, im putting all the entertainment boards (movies, books, music etc.) into a category called "The Bards Halls" ... when i finish, each board in that category will have the name of a bard kit, and the name of some kind of building, probably somewhere that has something to do with whats to be discussed.
The reason I need the role descriptions is so that I can put them with appropriate things. So, no I dont need actual kits only descriptions... but thanks anyway.

Wolfie- Thanks for that one
